Predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and industrial production lines

We offer multidisciplinary maintenance services for aluminium extrusion machinery and production lines in both proactive and reactive manners:

• Predictive maintenance based on IoT: our skills and experience allows us to offer IoT solutions to add useful functionalities to clients' equipment aiming to predict when, how and probablity of occuring a future fault or defect.
• Preventive maintenance: we offer scheduled maintenances (systematic or not) at client's facilities and accoridng to their needs and with the purposes of identifying and fixing minor issues and deficiencies with limited impact on the production process. 
• Corrective maintenance: we offer maintenances services for specific machines and production lines with short term / urgent basis response or for mid term execution. Our clients can benefit from our firm commitment to the agreed terms of execution of our services which are adapted to level of urgency of the situation.
